Shipping policy

The usual delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Your order will be shipped from our warehouses in China or US depending on the stock availability.

Please note that International Shipping to the rest of the world (countries other than UK, US and Canada) could take much longer in some circumstances depending on where you live and how your local carrier service operates.

We do not currently offer any expedited delivery options. We are working on it though. 

Please note the usual delivery time frame does not include processing time and that shipping may be slightly delayed on holidays and weekends.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

How long it takes to ship?

Orders placed will typically ship within 48 hours. Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will typically ship the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the details to track it. Some orders containing multiple items, will ship in separate packages, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package.

Is there any expedited shipping option available?

We do not currently offer any expedited shipping options but we're trying to make that happen. 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

Please note that customs/duties fees are not included in the price of shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Also note that these average delivery times are given as estimates only, and actual transit time may differ in some cases especially for orders outside of UK,US and Canada.
